Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, TV/DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed walled garden at the rear with lawn, pond and patio furniture. Sorry, no pets, no children and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Cottage has no WiFi due to weak signal, however there is a landline available for emergencies and short UK calls. Note: Access to parking is via narrow barn door.
