Fuel, power and all fuel for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Blaenau Ffestiniog 3 miles. Note: Although accommodation is all ground floor there are three internal steps from the living area to the bedrooms and bathroom.
