Note: The cottage has a rainwater water harvesting system which filters the water and is used for the toilets and washing machine. The rest of the water at the property is mains supplied.

The cottage sleeps three adult or two children and has one double bedroom with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is an enclosed, shared covered patio and use of the owner's lawned garden is available. There is also off road parking for four cars.
